Payment at the salon

All payments happen physically at the salon. The website does not request online payment, a deposit, card payment, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and does not store a payment method.

Catalogue prices

The catalogue uses three price models:

  • Fixed price: the displayed price is the fixed price for the service.
  • “From” price: the displayed amount is the starting price.
  • Price range: the price is presented between the two displayed amounts.

For services shown with a “from” price or range, the website does not state an exact final price.

Cancellation and time changes

You may cancel at any time through your private appointment-management link, WhatsApp, or phone.

To change the appointment time, contact ROA Beauty Lounge through WhatsApp or phone. The website does not provide automated rescheduling.
